Throughout my career, I've consistently delivered dynamic outcomes in critical areas such as Member Growth, Revenue Generation, and Event Management. I have a proven track record in successfully bidding for and hosting local, sectional, and national championships.
A highlight of my leadership journey includes transforming struggling businesses into thriving entities recognized in 2019 with the prestigious 'USTA Southwest Section Organization of the Year Award', and a nomination for USTA National Organization of the Year.
My sports management expertise spans Tennis, Pickleball, Platform Tennis (Paddle), Spanish (Padel), Racquetball, Squash, Fitness, Aquatics, Golf, and more. I excel in P&L management, budgeting, HR, marketing, and club operations for both profit and nonprofit entities.
I proudly hold memberships with prominent associations including USTA, USPTA, PTR, PPR, APTA, USAPA, IPTPA, & The Director's Club, and actively contribute to various industry boards and committees.
As a former nationally ranked junior tennis player and Division 1 collegiate athlete, I continue to compete and captain teams at National Championships, demonstrating my enduring passion for sports. My coaching achievements include guiding numerous athletes to collegiate tennis careers and beyond, with one student selected for USTA National Player Development.
Certified as a USPTA Elite and PTR Professional Coach with specialized certifications, I was honored as the 2004 Houston Professional Tennis Association Pro of the Year and Community Champion.
In Pickleball, I hold certifications with PPR & IPTPA, competing at the 5.0 & Sr. Pro Tour levels, achieving a #17 ranking in the 2023 APP Sr. Pro Singles standings.
